We're in search of a Digital Marketing Specialist to shape the strategic framework of our online campaigns and lead our digital marketing initiatives to success.

Summary

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in devising comprehensive strategies for our online campaigns and leading the charge in their successful execution. A robust understanding of digital marketing principles and adept project management skills are a must for this role.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve specific business objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
Create and curate engaging content for various digital channels, such as social media, websites, email marketing, and more.
Develop and implement social media strategies, create content, and engage with the audience on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.
Ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines in digital marketing practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and sales, to ensure a unified and effective marketing approach.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Some positions may require a master's degree for more senior roles.
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
Experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content. Knowledge of social media advertising is a plus.
Expertise in email marketing, including the ability to create and manage email campaigns and analyze their performance.
Proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics, and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
